How to enroll in a short course

There are two easy ways to enroll. Walk in at any MFI campus, or do it all online from home — choose the one that suits you.

Choose how you'd like to enroll

Tap a way to enroll to see exactly what happens, one step at a time.

  1. Pick a short course

    Browse the short courses and note the course you want. Each course page shows its fee, hours and open schedules.

    No account needed

  2. Visit an MFI campus

    Go to the Registrar (Admissions) office at MFI Pasig, MFI Pasay or MFI Jalajala and tell them which course you want.

    Bring a valid ID Call ahead if you have questions

  3. The Registrar enrolls you

    Staff set up your student record, choose your schedule with you, apply any discount or company sponsorship, and agree your payment plan:

    Full payment, or installments with a first payment (usually at least 75% of the fee).

  4. Pay at the Cashier

    Pay your full fee or your first payment at the Cashier. You'll receive an Official Receipt.

  5. You're enrolled!

    Once your first payment is made, your enrollment is confirmed. If you chose installments, pay the rest on the agreed due dates.

Sponsored by your company? Come in with your company's details — sponsored enrollments are confirmed right away, and your company settles the fee.

  1. Create your Student Portal account

    Register with your name and email, or log in if you already have an account.

    Already an MFI student? Use the same email — your record links automatically

  2. Choose a course and a schedule

    Open a course, look at Available schedules, and press Enroll on the one you want.

    Only open schedules with free seats can be chosen

  3. Review and confirm

    Check the course, schedule, campus and fee on the confirmation page, then continue to payment.

  4. Pay online through Dragonpay

    You're taken to Dragonpay's secure payment page to pay the full training fee. Choose any payment option Dragonpay offers.

  5. Wait for approval

    When your payment is confirmed, your enrollment shows "awaiting approval" while our Registrar reviews it.

  6. You're enrolled!

    Once approved, your status changes to Enrolled. Follow every step in My Online Enrollments.

Want to pay in installments? Online enrollment is paid in full. To pay in installments, enroll at a campus instead.

Good to know

A course says "Schedule TBA" — can I still enroll?
Not yet — a schedule has to be open first. Ask any campus when the next run starts; they can also tell you about similar courses.
The schedule I want is full. What now?
Pick another schedule for the same course, or ask the campus about the next run.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, when you enroll at a campus: pay a first payment (usually at least 75% of the fee) and the rest on agreed due dates. Online enrollment is paid in full.
I've studied at MFI before. Do I need a new record?
No. At a campus, staff will find your existing record. Online, register with the same email address you gave MFI before and your account links to it automatically.
Where can I see my online enrollment status?
Log in and open My Online Enrollments. It shows each enrollment's status and payment.
Can I enroll in the same schedule twice?
No — each student can hold one enrollment per schedule. If you need to change schedules, contact the campus.
